I am aware that individual and group publicity photos and videos are taken by ExSciton from time to time and in consideration for my or my child(ren)'s participation, I hereby grant ExSciton, its legal representatives and assigns (including any agency, client or publication) permission for my child(ren)'s likeness to be used in publicity or advertising activity of ExSciton, without payment or consideration. I understand that these materials will become the property of ExSciton.

Payment is required in full and no refunds are offered after the 1st session.

If due to extenuating circumstances, your child cannot attend a session, please let us know before the session and we will plan to make alternate arrangements. Please note, only one Make-up session will be offered and the exact date will be communicated after the completion of the session.
